Oklahoma City, Okla. – September 17, 2013 – By Christa Morris – Reining fans: make plans to be in Oklahoma City on Thursday, December 5 for the $75,000-added National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Open World Championship Shootout. This “Open to the World” class is one of the largest, added-money NRHA Category 1 classes in the world and is scheduled during the 2013 NRHA Futurity & Adequan® North American Affiliate Championship Show in Oklahoma City, Okla.

  • Category 1 Top Ten Open class
  • Held as a ticketed event on Thursday, December 5
  • November 6 entry deadline = $1,120 entry fee ($100 judges fee and $20 video fee included)
  • Late fee = $200 (if entry is received after November 6 through the class closing deadline)
